All Nutritional Coaching is done online with MyFitnessPal. The coaching involves tracking your calorie and macronutrient intake. You will be required to measure your food and log it every day.

Custom Strength Progressions & Training Logs are also done online using Google Sheets. You will be given access to a custom sheet every week detailing each training session. Each training session will have custom weights laid out for you, based on your level of strength. The trainer handles all weight progressions and necessary changes as you make progress.

You can do the Nutritional Coaching & Training Logs with a smart phone and internet access, you don’t need to use a computer.
