PEScience Ergonine Review – Is It Worth The Money?

PEScience Ergonine is a one-of-a-kind supplement. It’s not a pre workout. It’s not a recovery drink. Instead, it is a daily supplement filled with 9 ergogenic ingredients. What that means is that the ingredients found in Ergonine are said to improve your performance in the gym and get you better results, whether you’d like to lose fat, gain muscle, or both. But, does it hold up to its hype?! Lets get on with the PEScience Ergonine review!

PEScience Ergonine Review

Honestly, this is one of my favorite supplements that I’ve used. It’s not an energy product that will get you stimulated/hyped to hit the gym. It’s not a protein shake that becomes like a ritual after a workout. It’s not a multivitamin or fish oil that you instinctively take because everyone says it’s the healthy thing to do. No, Ergonine is a blend of ergogenic aids that can improve performance and body composition over time. You might not notice too much of a difference at first. However, all of the ingredients are working in your body to give you the edge every single time you take it!

I’ll list out the ingredients found in Ergonine and explain each one in some detail to show why this supplement is one of my staples!

Ingredient Profiles

Creatine – if you don’t know how effective Creatine is, you probably aren’t ready for supplements at all! All joking aside, Creatine is one of the most researched sports supplements in the world. It’s a proven ergogenic aid that can increase strength, muscle mass, and decrease recovery time! Of course, there are a ton of other benefits as well.

HICA – HICA is a modified form of L-Leucine, the most important amino acid for protein synthesis. It’s inclusion in PEScience Ergonine lends itself to better recovery and improved protein synthesis, which can help you build more muscle. However, HICA shines the most when you use it when you are cutting fat/weight. It has been shown to be great to maintain lean body mass while in a calorie deficit, meaning you won’t lose as much muscle if you use it while you are dieting! This makes HICA a great option for a year-round daily supplement.

Betaine – Another ingredient that promotes increased strength and muscle mass. People have noted that it pairs very well with Creatine, which is another win for Ergonine.

L-Alanine & L-Glutamine – L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid that was once touted as the best thing since sliced bread. However, multiple studies showed that L-Glutamine supplementation, by itself, didn’t affect recovery as much as predicted. That is because it is broken down and used in the gut before it can reach the muscle tissues in your body. However, the combination of L-Alanine and L-Glutamine has been shown to improve L-Glutamine delivery to the muscles. Now you can finally have all of the great recovery boosting properties of L-Glutamine supplementation effectively!

L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate – Carnitine has been sold on the supplement scene for years as a fat burner. However, studies do not support the claim that it improves fat loss, unless you are deficient in Carnitine, which most are not. However, LCLT has been shown to be a great recovery aid, reducing muscle soreness and perceived levels of fatigue during exercise. Not to mention that Carnitine can also increase androgen receptors in muscle tissue. That potentially means your body can use your natural testosterone more efficiently in your muscle tissue!

Choline Bitartrate – Improved fat loss, improved focus, and improved performance in the gym. Not to mention that Choline pairs very well with Carnitine for synergistic benefits. ‘Nuff said!

Glycerol – This cell volumizer increases water retention in muscle cells, leading to better hydration. Not to mention the awesome pump that Glycerol can give you!

Ferula Asafoetida Extract – A novel ingredient included in other PEScience products. PES is a brand that is known for innovation and the inclusion of ingredients not found in other supplements!

PEScience Ergonine Review – Flavors

For ease of use purposes, I’d recommend taking Ergonine with your pre or post workout. Luckily, PES probably thought of this too and made flavors that can compliment a pre workout supplement or a protein shake. Here are the flavors:

  • Blue Frost
  • Iced Tea
  • Nanaberry
  • Tropical Twist
  • Flavorless

The first 4 flavors can go with just about any pre workout flavor. Blue Frost goes with Blue Raspberry. Iced Tea can go with any fruity flavor. Nanaberry is actually my favorite flavor and I prefer to drink it alone intra workout! Tropical Twist can go with any Fruit Punch type flavor. Flavorless is great for your post-workout protein shake, since most people choose a Chocolate-based flavor.

Overall PEScience Ergonine Review – 5 Stars!!!

This is not a supplement that you can go wrong with. Whether you are cutting, bulking, or undergoing body recomposition, this supplement has awesome ingredients that can, and should, be consumed daily. Stop buying pre workout supplements that include daily ergogenic aids. You shouldn’t be using that pre workout daily anyways, which means you miss doses of those awesome ingredients!
