If you have never used MyFitnessPal, it is a website/app that you can use to track your daily calorie and macronutrient totals. It is very useful and, once you get used to it, simple to use.

- How to diet flexibly so you can actually enjoy what you eat
- Why meal timing doesn’t make a big difference with your body composition
- How to manage your weight and actually keep the results
- How to manipulate calories and macronutrients to suit your goals

Whether you want to lose weight/fat, gain muscle and weight, or maintain your current body weight and recomp (lose fat and gain muscle at the same time), we have you covered. If you follow the steps laid out in this program, you are going to succeed!
